We aim to describe our frames and photochromic light-adaptive lenses accurately. Colours, tint appearance and activation levels may vary based on UV exposure, ambient temperature, screen rendering and environment. Photochromic lenses adjust their tint in response to outdoor UV light and are intended for everyday use in changing daylight.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for fraud, payment risk, pricing errors, stock issues or other legitimate concerns.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£). PayPal, debit and credit cards, and other options may be shown at checkout depending on device, region and availability.
Shipping
We offer free delivery within the UK. Processing is normally 2–3 business days and delivery after processing is normally 4–9 business days. See Shipping & Delivery.
Custom and personalised lenses
Provide accurate lens measurements and customisation details. Contact us promptly to cancel before production begins. Once production has begun, change-of-mind rights may be limited where permitted by law. Faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by statutory rights.
